A few weeks ago, my whole family was home and we had one of our usual Sunday night dinners. While everyone in my family is great at cooking (even my dad can make a mean french toast), I have selected myself as "The Baker". I'm probably not the best, but it's possible that I enjoy baking the most; and I definitely enjoy eating it the most (this gal has an extra large sweet tooth). This particular weekend, I decided to stray away from my usual baking selections and went for something brand new - the dreaded Chocolate Souffle. I've been meaning to attempt it for some time now. I had to mix and match ramekins in which to bake them, but I followed this recipe closely and timed them perfectly... and if I do say so myself, they turned out flawlessly. I'm afraid to try them again just in case it was beginner's luck!
